Medical Doctor

DailyDoctor is building a core clinical team to practice proactive remote care using telehealth and virtual remote patient monitoring technologies aimed at improving care for seniors with high blood pressure, COPD, CHF, stroke, and diabetes. Using DailyDoctor, patients provide daily vitals and symptom scores from home which are triaged using medical protocols on the DailyDoctor platform, allowing for efficient proactive patient care.

What we're looking for

We are looking for mission-driven physicians who are excited to be part of the cutting edge of proactive care and interested in helping patients achieve outcomes at a scale not possible with conventional office-based practice.

What you'll do

• Establish care with new patients via telehealth visits
• Review triaged reports of remote monitoring data/alerts that are based on medical protocols and adjust medications/action plans based on your medical judgment, as needed.
• Provide clinical support to our nurse team.
• Practice remotely and communicate with colleagues via messaging app and by video conference.

A bit about you:

• Physician in good standing and board-certified in one of the following areas: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Neurology
• A minimum average weekly availability of 6+ hours
• Active licensure in at least one of the following states: FL
• No restrictions on your ability to be credentialed with Medicare or other payers.
• Comfort managing blood pressure and/or CHF/COPD/DM2
