Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Behavioral Health team. 

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class mental health care to students within our partner school districts. 

Duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Primary Job Responsibility 

  • Providing virtual consultation and solution focused therapeutic interventions for children in grades K-12
  • Provide virtual consultation crisis intervention services for children in grades K-12 
  • Providing culturally relevant counseling and treatment
  • Collaborate with care management team to identify and support transition services

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for our mission
  • Masters’ Degree in social work or counseling
  • Unrestricted license to provide clinical services in FL required (additional licenses in WA, CA, TX, or HI desirable) 
  • Minimum of five years experience in pediatric behavioral health
  • Experience working in a school-based setting
  • Self-motivated and eager to create a positive difference in the lives of students
  • Experience providing therapy through telehealth preferred 
  • Experience in clinical supervision preferred
  • Technological skills to include the ability to learn new software and programs and complete digital paperwork 
  • Effective communicator through multiple channels (phone, video, email, in-person)
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish fluency highly desired) 
  • Full-Time (10 month/school year employment with June and July off) 
  • Available schedules include 1) M-TH 9-7 PM EST and 2) M-TH 11-7 PM/F 9-5 PM EST
  • Part-Time possible for afternoons only

This is an exciting position in a fast-paced organization. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package ($46,000-$55,000 salary for 10-month schedule) that includes Medical and Dental, CME allowance, License, and malpractice expenses and schedule flexibility not found in other healthcare organizations.
