Physicians: Psychiatrist - Independent Contractor

We are seeking an elite psychiatrist who is board certified to help us build out our Collaborative Care Program. The psychiatric consultant supports the collaborative care team—primary care provider, patient, and Therapist—through regular consultation on an assigned caseload of patients. This position will not be client facing and will not be prescribing medications.  Our patient-base is a diverse population with a mix of private, public, and uninsured patients.

  2. Work with Therapists to oversee the status and population health of their assigned patient caseload. The psychiatric consultant and therapist use a registry to track all assigned patients and prioritize patients for case review and treatment adjustment.
  3. Recommend any treatment adjustments through the case review process, including medication recommendations and other interventions.
  4. Advise on treatment for patients who may need more intensive or more specialized mental health care.
    1. Candidates must have all of the following qualifications:
    2. Experience sitting on Collaborative Care Panels
  • Active and non-restricted state medical licenses
