Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a Neuropsychologist passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Medical Director.  

What you’ll do:

  • Work with kids and teens, as well as their families, by providing neuropsychological consultations

  • Administer and interpret a wide variety of psychological tests including neuropsychological test batteries

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the use and interpretation of psychological tests.

  • Work collaboratively as a team with the patient’s psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, care manager, and mental health wellness coach on the patient’s care plan.

  • Have proven results in working with others.

  • Be comfortable with analytics, detail-oriented and process-focused.

  • Comfortable completing virtual sessions, asynchronously or synchronously.

  • Team-oriented, high energy and driven for results

Who you are:

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited doctoral program

  • One year doctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred

  • An equivalent combination of experience, supervision or, training will be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Licensed in at least one active state (PSYPACT state preferred)

  • Must be from a Compact State

  • Experience in conducting testing virtually

  • Have a passion for helping improve the lives of children, teens and their families

  • Familiarity with online web-based applications

  • Experience working in virtual office situation

  • Solid reading and writing skills in English

  • Possess effective therapeutic communication skills
