Job Description
We are looking for Mental Health Therapists to provide virtual video counseling to adult individuals and couples for a modern mental health practice. We are currently recruiting only for those licensed in NJ or Washington, DC, with multiple state licensure preferred.

We are currently recruiting Mental Health Therapists with a masters or doctorate degree with 2+ years post-licensure experience, and at least 1 year of experience providing therapy via telehealth.
These opportunities are $75/hour contract positions and FULLY REMOTE.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual/remote therapy visits for individuals or couples
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment consistent with health/mental health integration and responsive to personal factors in treatment engagement
- Develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships
- Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender
- Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and providers
- Collaborate with other SteadyMD clinicians
Requirements
- Must hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution in the mental health field (MA, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
- Must be actively licensed to do independent clinical practice (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) in at least one of the following states: NJ or Washington, D.C. Multiple licenses preferred
- Able to set a schedule within 7am and 8pm in the licensed state’s respective timezone
- 2+ years of post licensure experience, with at least 1 year of experience providing therapy via telehealth
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
