Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Primary Care team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
We're looking for a full-time APP to manage a panel of members within the state of Texas and other Oscar states where we offer Virtual Primary Care or expand to (including Florida, New York, Colorado, Arizona, or Georgia). You'll keep a set patient schedule and will be the primary care provider for your panel. We're building this program from the ground up, so you'll engage with new products and tooling that we're rolling out for the virtual care service lines.
You will report to the Virtual Primary Care Medical Director. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote
The potential base pay for this role is: $104,000 - $136,500

Health care is broken; we're trying to fix it. The Oscar team is focused on utilizing technology, design and data to humanize health care. We're a group of technology and health care professionals who looked at the current state of the US health care system, got frustrated by the horrible consumer experience, and decided to do something big about it.
