Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a board certified OB/GYN to join us as our Medical Director to help drive superior outcomes, shape the foundation of the Noula patient experience, and collaboratively contribute to the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical work to define and build Noula products and services including care delivery and patient education
  • Be a clinical leader, providing clinical guidance and partnering with CEO and CTO to shape and support Product, Patient Experience, Clinical Outcomes, Strategy, Health Systems Partnerships, Marketing, and more.
  • Develop clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Assist with key presentations and meetings with stakeholders (Partnerships, Fundraising, etc.)
  • Practice holistic, culturally-competent and compassionate care for all patients of all sexual orientations, genders, and cultural backgrounds

Qualifications

  • MD or DO plus ****4+ years of post-residency experience as an attending physician
  • Strong empathy for patients and patient-centric care
  • Desire to be an early partner and build systems from the ground up
  • Passionate about improving healthcare and creating solutions for equitable reproductive healthcare
  • Exemplary communication and teamwork skills
  • Nice to have: Professional training in trauma informed care, culturally competent care, support for low-income birthing people, and care delivery for LGBTQIA+, low-income birthing people, and immigrant populations
  • Nice to have: Bilingual in Spanish

Our team is based in New York, NY but embraces remote work.
