Join a team of experienced physicians who have trained at top institutions such as UCSF, Stanford, and the VA system.
Mental Health Telemedicine physicians at Lyra:
- Receive one month of paid onboarding and training, plus ongoing clinical, operational, and technical support
- Practice evidence-based medicine in a collaborative model supported by culturally-responsive care
- Get to know the whole patient in a 90-minute first appointment
- Regularly consult with an expert psychiatrist and a team of high-caliber physician colleagues
- Are able to easily refer patients to therapy and coaching services through our integrated technology platform
Role requirements:
- MD or DO - Board certified, ideally in internal or family medicine
- Unrestricted license
- Strong interest in, and passion for, mental health
- Desire to deepen expertise in mental health care
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable using technology to deliver care virtually
- Able to dedicate 20 hours/week, mostly during the day on weekdays
