Headlands is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our mental health and substance treatment program contracts. The position involves the following:

The position involves the following:

  • FRIDAY - SUNDAY, FULL TIME (30 hours/weekly)
  • Fully remote position
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, dental
  • Competitive Base salary with productivity incentive plan for increased compensation opportunities

  • Shift hours are 3PM - 1AM PST
  • Admissions of new patients via telemedicine and follow up evaluations as needed
  • Ability to work entirely from home, no travel required
  • Ongoing supervision/education and support provided by addiction specialist MDs and psychiatrists.
  • We are a cohesive group of addiction specialists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are leaders in providing addiction treatment and mental health care to residential care facilities.

Successful Candidate MUST have the following:

- MUST have current NP or PA license in the state of CALIFORNIA

- Most competitive candidates will be licensed in the state of ILLINOIS in addition to California.

- Efficient in multi-tasking and managing workflow. Experienced and able to work autonomously.

- Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in addiction treatment including withdrawal management
  • DATA 2000 Waiver (X-Waiver) or willingness to become licensed within 30 days of hire
