Job Description

We're hiring for remote, part-time or full-time virtual group facilitators in Washington State. We offer extreme schedule flexibility, a competitive hourly rate including paid administrative time, and the full support of our clinician community.

About Us

We bring together an exceptional team of people at the intersection of clinical care, technology, and design. Though our backgrounds may be different, we’re united by our collective personal experiences with the mental health care system and the desire to make it better. We strive to create a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental healthcare and to create a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to impact that mission. We are passionate about mental health and excited to be a part of a team that is bringing personalized, data-driven therapy to California, Washington, and eventually nationwide.

About The Role

Two Chairs is growing rapidly and we are working hard to expand our clinical offerings in order to provide greater access to exceptional mental health care. That requires building out a top-tier Clinical Network to drive our long-term teletherapy business. We are looking for licensed clinicians to join our team part-time to facilitate group psychotherapy. This person will play a critical role in facilitating transdiagnostic, closed, skill-based groups and providing relevant programmatic feedback and insights to shape our growing group therapy offering. You will have access to case consultation support, care coordination, recorded/live team meetings, and a community of clinicians to help you continue to develop your skills in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate at least 4 groups per week, as fits with your schedule and needs
    • Each group runs for 1 hour, with 30 minutes of paid admin time for notes and prep
    • Groups are 12 sessions long, with a 2 week buffer
    • Pre-scheduled holidays/time off will be accounted for in the group schedule
  • To begin, you’ll be running a low acuity, evidence-based stress management curriculum; a facilitator guide and participant materials will be provided. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback to our Clinical Innovation Team on ongoing program development & enhancement.
  • You will have flexibility in running groups on the days and times that work best for you, in the afternoons and evenings, Monday through Friday
  • Attend a monthly, one hour Group Team Consultation meeting (live or recorded) and have monthly 30 minute 1:1s with your Clinical Director

  • Be incredibly organized and have a keen attention to detail
  • Have a “systems-mind” where you are always looking for ways to improve processes, and protocols
  • Be low ego, outcome-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional quality work
  • Be extremely comfortable with technology, especially video call platforms

Group Facilitator

  • Have an active LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LMHC license or active license in clinical psychology (PhD or PsyD from an accredited university) valid in Washington state
