This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will provide virtual intake consultations for a capitated medical group that does not bill Medicaid on a fee-for-service basis. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments for patients with diabetes. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
